Automotive Technician

**Job Description**
The Automotive Technician will work on all parts of the vehicle, optimizing processes as they disassemble and reassemble vehicles. This role involves conducting time studies and validating service procedures to enhance efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform on-vehicle validation of service procedures
+ Identify errors and potential optimizations within service procedures
+ Conduct time studies of removal and installation procedures
+ Document validations and time studies
+ Communicate project status to leadership as required
+ Perform special assignments as needed
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2 ASE certifications (A1 - A8)
+ Master ASE Certified or willing to obtain at least 2 ASE certifications within 60 days of starting
+ 2+ years of experience working as an automotive technician/mechanic
+ State of Michigan certified
+ Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
+ High school diploma
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00
