What we are looking for:

Experience as an Automotive Technician PA Emissions and State Inspection Licenses Valid PA Driver’s License Integrity, Positive attitude and Strong work ethic Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced, Extremely Busy environment. Strong communication skills. Being Highly Organized Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner Willing to Learn train and grow, Being Receptive to New Ideas Knowledge and skill for all automotive repairs Willingness to make money

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing service inspections ( MPI's ) on customer's Vehicles while documenting clearly all recommended work, which will then inform our Service Advisor in properly communicating those recommendations to our customers. Examines customer vehicles in a timely fashion Providing proper quotes and availability of all parts required to repair customer's vehicles. Adhering to manufacturer's policies and procedures on all warranty and service contracts & repairs Maintains Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above manufacture's standards Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety Performing all vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements approved by our customers Take vehicles for test drives before and after repairs to verify complaint correction. Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Follows Safeguards rules and regulations Must have own tools & tool box.
