Automotive Technician Support Specialist
**Champions Do More** At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended. ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country. Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities. **Responsibilities** + Monitor Teams Channels and/or ticketing queue for incoming assistance requests + Diagnose and provide technical solutions to technicians via telephone and supported equipment related to: calibrations, programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting OE Software, and any other ATE services + Assist Automotive Field Technicians with Service Information documents for repairs + Assist in ordering, organizing, and managing technician tooling, including installing OEM software, troubleshooting issues, and managing how others access the tools + Other duties as requested **Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED + 5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems + 2+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledgein ADAS and electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures + Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc. + Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies + Knowledgeable and skillful in OEM software; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements is essential + Must be able to perform all services offered by ATE + Excellent customer service skills + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members + Strong problem-solving capabilities + Bilingual in Spanish a plus + Must be able to hear on a telephone at times with others speaking + Must be able to work/sit for longs periods of time **Benefits** + Weekly Paycheck + Medical, Dental & Vision effective on start date + 401K Retirement Plan and Company Match + Transfer Between Markets + Paid Holidays & PTO Submit a Referral **Job Post Information* : Posted Date** _1 week ago_ _(6/13/2024 5:50 PM)_ **_Job ID_** _2024-7160_ **_\# of Openings_** _1_ **_Category_** _ATE_ **_Prioritization_** _Tier 2 – Staffing Needs_ **_Posting Location : State/Province_** _TX_ **_Remote_** _No_ #ATE
