Automotive Worker
Wolverine is looking for an Automotive Worker to perform a variety of minor repairs and services to maintain motor vehicles. Come join this dynamic team and be part of this critical mission! Apply today! **Responsibilities** + Places and maintains decals on vehicles, checks and replaces batteries, rotates, repairs, and replaces tires, washes, polishes, and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles, drains, flushes, and replaces engine, transmission, and differential grease and oils, checks, cleans, calibrates, and replaces spark plugs, cleans and replaces oil and air filters. + Adjusts brakes, replaces windshield wipers, and similar minor parts, assists on major overhaul jobs by disassembling and cleaning parts, repairing components such as generators and water pumps, and replacing thermostats, points, electrical wiring and other items, maintains tools and equipment, and cleans work areas. + Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions. **Qualifications** + Must have a minimum of two (2) years of entry-level automotive maintenance experience. + Must be knowledgeable in U.S. Army maintenance procedures and AR 750-1. + Must have the ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening. + Must be able to bring and use your own tools. + Must have a minimum of a high school diploma / GED. + Must be able to receive a favorable Tier 1 investigation result. + Must meet the physical requirements to include - (but not limited to) to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. **Desired Qualifications:** + ASE Certification. + CDL Preferred. + U.S. Army 91 series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent. + Valid Driver’s License. **Hourly Compensation:** $19.03.
