Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled C Developer with extensive experience in AUTOSAR, particularly on the application side (above RTE). The ideal candidate will be an expert in C programming and possess a deep understanding of automotive networks. Proficiency in unit testing and scripting languages is essential for this role.

Your Day-to-day would be to understand all of the requirements. Dive into the code. It's obviously a loop, working in the agile process, feedback and then code tests. The team lead should pre-work the requirements, and the team lead will be there to explain what needs to be done. Implementations and develop tests.

Coding adaptive applications, understanding requirements, and running unit tests.

This role is 40% New code development, 60% Unit testing & Functional Testing.

The code is in C, the unit test is in C/C++, for functional tests, it's in Python, and Git for the configuration management tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement application-level software components in compliance with AUTOSAR standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and design specifications.

Ensure seamless integration of software components with the AUTOSAR RTE.

Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure software reliability and performance.

Utilize scripting languages to automate testing and development processes.

Debug and resolve software issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automotive networking and AUTOSAR standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Expert-level proficiency in C programming.

Extensive experience with AUTOSAR, particularly on the application side (above RTE).

Strong understanding of automotive networks and communication protocols.

Proficient in unit testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with model-based development tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).

Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
