Lifeway’s Auxano Consulting is seeking a Lead Navigator. In this role, you will represent Lifeway and Auxano Consulting as you manage day-to-day work as a Lead Navigator through building networking relationships, driving a sales pipeline, facilitating on-site consulting, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities
An Auxano Lead Navigator will:
Cultivate relational influence through consistent communication, strategic business and social networking, and active thought leadership.Drive new client development from initial lead to successful closing.Facilitate vision clarity processes through virtual and on-site sessions, ensuring thorough engagement and follow-up.Take accountability for proactively meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets and team objectives. QualificationsLive out Lifeway’s mission and values, demonstrating deep commitment to Kingdom work.Bachelor's degree in ministry, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.Master's degree preferredOver seven (7) years of effective experience in church ministry, business development, and/or consulting.Ability to travel 60%-75% of the time for on-site consulting as a key function of the role.Communication - Expert
