As a PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE AUXILIARY, you will be responsible for manage and guarantee the activities flow in the daily operation through the resources destined to it to achieve our goals.

You will report to the production lead.

Main responsibilities

Follow up the standard documentation and new implementation in production.

Manage the vendor catalog and destined resources for the production

Control and presentation of the EHS protocols applied in the production nave

Maintain and control the resources working with the production leaders according to protocols and audits

Develop the actions coordination cycles between areas

Requirements

1 year experience in similar roles

Industrial or Chemical Engineering

English intermediate level

Excel intermediate level

Knowledge in Oracle R12

Knowledge in solving problem tools and use of excellence operative systems.
