AV/Classroom Support Technician

A large university client is looking for an A/V/Classroom Support Technician for the School of Nursing to work 5 days a week onsite in New Haven, CT on a 3- 6-month contract. This person will be supporting 2 large classrooms abot 100 students, 3 40 people classrooms, and 2-3 small classrooms of about 20 people. They will provide A/V troubleshooting in classrooms, conference rooms and some iPad support to end users. They will support the end users from inquiries via the phone, can perform some troubleshooting from the IT room and some in person troubleshooting to the classrooms. They will use remote monitoring tools such as QSYS UCI Viewer, IPNinjar, and Domotz to ensure all systems are functioning optimally. This A/V Technician must be able to deliver top-notch, in-person customer service to end-users. Pay $25-28/hr.
