Kforce has a client that is seeking an AV Freelancer for a part time, contract role in Golden, CO. The duration will be 40-60 hours per month between January and May (5-7 events per month).
Summary:
* Purpose: To outline the tasks and responsibilities for setting up, configuring, operating, and dismantling live streaming equipment for Tier I events
* Scope: This SOW covers the use of 3 PTZ cameras, multiple microphones (handheld and gooseneck), and vMix software to livestream events to YouTube
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Camera Setup
* Position and mount the 3 PTZ cameras at strategic locations
* Connect cameras to the NDI Switch
* Configure camera Presets for Medium close ups of Participants
* Position handheld and gooseneck microphones at appropriate locations
* Connect microphones to the floor inputs using XLR cables
* Test microphone inputs for appropriate levels
* vMix Configuration
* Launch vMix on the computer
* Test camera and audio inputs in vMix
* Obtain the stream key from the YouTube account
* Enter the stream key and test streaming output(video, audio) in vMix
* Monitoring and Control
* Operate PTZ cameras to capture different angles and movements
* Monitor audio levels and adjust as necessary
* Switch between scenes and overlays in vMix during the livestream
* Address any technical issues that arise during the livestream (e.g., audio lag, camera disconnects)
* Adjust microphones to pick up participants
* Equipment Shutdown
* Stop the livestream in YouTube and vMix and shut down the software
* Power off and disconnect all cameras and microphones
* Carefully pack and store all equipment in designated storage areas
* Ensure all cables and accessories are neatly organized
* Review the livestream recording for quality assurance
* Complete end of event checklist
