Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end AV projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and executionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring project objectives are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including AV engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality AV solutionsConduct site surveys and assess technical requirements to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgetsCreate and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, change requests, and progress reportsCoordinate equipment procurement, logistics, and installation activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specificationsConduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any project-related issues or concernsMonitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on scheduleConduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to design standards and client expectationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
