Adecco Perm Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled **AV Sales Systems Engineer.** This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, providing critical support to sales teams, clients, and stakeholders. As an AV Sales Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced audiovisual (AV) systems, while also serving as a subject matter expert in the technical aspects of the solutions we offer. You will collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of integrated AV systems.
**Local candidate to the Triad. Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Kernersville, NC area.**

+ Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AV system solutions.
+ Design AV systems for various environments (e.g., corporate offices, educational facilities, conference rooms, command centers, etc.), including audio, video, control, and network integration.
+ Provide technical support during the sales process, including site surveys, customer presentations, and system demonstrations.
+ Develop detailed system designs, schematics, and proposals, utilizing industry-standard design tools and software.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including proper installation and configuration of AV equipment.
+ Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technology trends, solutions, and products to offer the best recommendations to clients.
+ Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and addressing any technical issues or concerns.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
+ Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure the proper use of AV systems and solutions.
+ Assist with product selection, pricing, and vendor coordination to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in AV system design, integration, and installation (5+ years preferred).
+ Strong understanding of AV technologies, including video conferencing, projection systems, audio reinforcement, control systems, and digital signage.
+ Experience with AV design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, SketchUp) and network protocols.
+ Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical stakeholders.
+ Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and collaborate effectively with teams.
+ Experience with project management and vendor coordination in the AV industry.
+ Technical certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Extron, Crestron, or similar are a plus.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Education & Experience:**
+ 3-5+ years of experience in AV sales, business development, or a similar role.
+ Industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, Biamp) are a plus.

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
