Key Responsibilities:
Audio-Visual Support:
Set up and configure audio-visual equipment (cameras, microphones, audio boards, lighting) for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring seamless functionality.Support video conferencing solutions (Cisco), including platform setup, connection troubleshooting, and ensuring clear audio and video quality.Ensure meeting rooms are equipped with necessary AV resources and conduct pre-meeting checks to guarantee functionality.Conduct tests and quality checks before and during events to prevent technical glitches and ensure a seamless AV experience.Help to maintain an inventory and operational readiness of AV equipment; assess existing equipment and provide updates on equipment issues.Assist with postproduction needs (editing and graphics)Live Event Support and Production:
Provide technical support and coordination for live events, including town halls, conferences, webinars, and presentations.Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio and video equipment before and during events.Oversee the production of live events, managing audio, video, and lighting setups for a seamless viewer experience.Coordinate camera angles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement.Manage live streaming platforms and ensure reliable broadcast quality.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Audio-Visual Technology, or 5 years related field experience.Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindsetStrong technical knowledge of AV equipment, integration, and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Certification in audio-visual technology or project management is desirable.
