Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA that is seeking an AV Support Engineer (Level III) responsible for the support and repairs of all AV equipment within fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms other similar rooms containing AV equipment. Responsibilities: * Performs preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room is ready for use * Responsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and owns issues until resolved * provide remediation Primary interface to manufacturers, developers, other engineers and project managers in support of identifying and implementing resolutions * for highly complex system issues * Performs remote troubleshooting for local and regional offices * Provides reports and adheres to service levels as agreed upon * Perform maintenance tasks to help maintain customer spaces including but not limited to, testing/repairing cables and testing/repairing various hardware components * Field service support of networked devices (Routers, IP Protocols, etc.) * Upload and download control programs and make minor Crestron SIML Programing changes
