More than 3,000 global organizations large and small trust Coupa to transform operating margins, increase efficiencies and growth, optimize cash, and reduce risk.What you will do:This is an on site roleWorking with confidence while engaging with employees within the organization, to include senior leadershipFacilitate execution of planned events by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a successful meetingTake a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencyDocument and update knowledge base article and wiki pagesMaintain AV hardware and assist on keeping the Zoom service in an optimal operational orderMaintain and support a Visitor Management systemStay abreast of industry trends and best practicesTravel required to support other locationsWhat you will bring to Coupa: 3 years experience supporting video collaborationCandidate must be comfortable and familiar with setup and troubleshooting of conference rooms -Zoom -Neat equipment -Poly Equipment -DTEN Equipment -MacOS and Windows OSAbility to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalismSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new technologiesDemonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalMust be willing to travel 2 to 3 times a quarter to support other locations
Pluses:Working knowledge of Shure, Crestron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Extron, MS Teams, Polycom/Poly, DTENProficient on supporting MacOS and Windows laptops#LI-TC1
