Kforce has a client in Laurel, MD that is seeking an AV Systems Engineer. Responsibilities: * The AV Systems Engineer will maintain comprehensive documentation of Microsoft Team Room (MTR) configurations, settings, and user guides * Manage daily Microsoft Teams Admin Center for Teams devices, Endpoint Manager, and Teams Room Manager Services * Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of MTR and MS Surface HUB devices to ensure a seamless, reliable meeting experience * Manage device deployments, updates, and security patches; monitor device health and troubleshoot technical issues * Collaborates with IT, facilities, and vendors to optimize room configuration, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure a secure, user-friendly environment * Provide user training and technical support, ensuring consistent performance across all meeting spaces * The AV Systems Engineer will generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement * Support integration with AV hardware * Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
