Perform routine installation, termination, service, testing or programming of various audio visual systems to include Crestron, Extron, AMX, Symetrix, QSC and Biamp control systems required. The work includes but is not limited to cable pulls, terminations, rack building, mounting, installing and troubleshooting various types of networked, AV equipment. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure expectations are being met and assigned duties are effectively achieved. This position requires an individual with the ability to accurately install and test complex integrated systems, the ability to setup/program the major audio processors, ability to setup/test the major video matrix switchers, ability to trouble shoot any integrated job down to the individual component and the ability to install/test video conference systems.
