Job Description
This AV technician will be handling troubleshooting for this federal banks board rooms in a large corporate environment in downtown Chicago. This technician will be responsible for 50 conference rooms. The rooms vary with the tech stacks: Lenovo, Atlona, Logitech, and Crestron. This person should be familiar with signal flows in a conference room by looking at the rack and assessing those signal flows. They will deal with vendor coordination at times, tracking replacement parts, upgrades, purchase orders, etc. This is a customer service role where they will interface with high level stakeholders, so they have to have professionalism and be presentable in person. High sense of urgency and attention to detail is a must.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an AV technician specializing in media for Level 1, customer facing issues
- Crestron panels (this technology has been stable, but needs to be familiar with troubleshooting and dealing with AV racks)
- Troubleshooting board rooms and conference rooms
- Experience upgrading conference rooms and spaces, working with Team leads, heavy coordination and onboarding
- Large enterprise environment
- Professional and sharp in person, great customer service skills
- Experience dealing with vendor coordination for POs, ordering new parts
- Installation experience (installing new equipment or replacement of parts) - Lenovo, as the room is being upgraded to this product (HUGE plus)
- Atlona for touch panels (adjust volume, content control, troubleshooting these technologies, each room has its own PC that will burn out at times, connectivity issues)
- Logitech room panels (dial into a Teams call, troubleshooting connection between Logitech and computer, working with the vendor to get power over ethernet). null
