AV/VTC Project Manager

**Position Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ The Lead AV/VTC Engineer Project Manager will direct the engineering team in solutions to meet requirements and improve service.
+ Must be able to provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced AV Engineers.
+ Performs complex systems development and design work that may include logic design, I/O design and analog or digital systems engineering.
+ Provides input for/creates documentation for new or existing systems.
+ Assists with configuration of AV devices to include network and security settings on the Enterprise Network Level.
+ Develops and conducts tests to ensure systems meet documented user requirements.
+ Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems alongside AV Technicians
+ Provides system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance.
+ Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
+ Designs, defines system architecture, and implements systems for new or and existing computer AV systems.
+ Participates in special projects as assigned.
+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years of related AV/VTC Engineering Project Management experience required.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain an EOD (Entry on Duty) required.
+ Top Secret clearance preferred; not required but should have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience required.
+ Ability to place devices and create flow diagrams for AV systems in AutoCAD or Revit, along with Microsoft Visio required.
+ Experience preferred in the following areas: Enterprise IP Television (IPTV), Enterprise Videoconferencing, Complex AV Presentation and Briefing Systems, Knowledge Wall Solutions.
+ Experience preferred with the following vendors: Evertz, Haivision, DirecTV, Technicolor, Cisco, AMX, Extron, Crestron.
+ Experience preferred with developing, implementing, and testing DSP configurations for new or existing systems (i.e., BSS, Biamp, Extron).
+ Must be able available to work onsite.

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
