5+ years of experience with Avaya suite of telephony and UC products 3+ years of experience designing and deploying carrier SIP solutions Experience with Contact Center solutions from Genesys highly preferred Experience with scripting and test automation highly preferred Experience with private, public and hybrid clouds preferred Experience with tools such as Sevone, Spectrum, Ixia and Empirix beneficial

Skills desired:

MS in Computer Science or Telecommunications is desired Bachelors in a relevant field is a must Good interpersonal skills, both written and oral Ability to work in cross functional teams with specialists in different disciplines. Ability to communicate with system vendors to certify and enhance products to meet MS requirements Good presentation skills
