Projects include design, installation, circuit ordering, coordination of network bandwidth/QoS for all voice infrastructure components and solutions. Solutions include VOIP Hosts and remote gateway systems, i.e. AVAYA/Cisco, dialing plan designs, call center, voice application and mobility features. Other projects include coordinating large telephone moves and major restack projects; Host/gateway remote/shelf expansions and station programming request. Other responsibilities include 3rd level operations support, analysis and troubleshooting of voice, circuit and network components. - Voice Network Implementation - adding cards, upgrades to PBX, VOIP testing. Proactive maintenance, backups, vendor escalation, - Post Site Install Data Documentation - Documenting of all pertinent info as it relates to new installs, PBX expansions & upgrades, circuits, equipment, Inventory Management, CMDB documentation etc. - Video Conference Set-up. Video transition to internal BRI lines and IP connectivity. Position requires EXTENSIVE AVAYA Aura hands on support and troubleshooting.'
