**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of assembly and production tasks related to aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read and follow work instructions in English, and experience with wiring aerospace circuit breakers and small winding assembly. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret work instructions in English to accurately assemble aerospace components. + Wire aerospace circuit breakers according to established guidelines and quality standards. + Perform small winding assembly and other related tasks as required. + Work at a designated work station, following all safety protocols and work procedures. + Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision to ensure quality and consistency. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Meet production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. + Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor. + Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and components used in the assembly process. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in the aerospace industry. + Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions in English. + Experience with wiring aerospace circuit breakers and performing small winding assembly is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Strong focus on safety and quality control. + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in manufacturing or aerospace assembly is a plus. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand for extended periods of time. + Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components. + Ability to lift up to (Insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs). **Benefits:** + Health insurance options. + 401(k) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.20 - $18.23 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
