Schedule: Full-time; Consultant (6 months), Monday to Friday. Must be willing and able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs.

Position Description:We are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will use manual or automated assembly tools to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic aerospace production environment.
This role requires 7+ years of experience and a willingness to be part of a travel team, addressing production and maintenance needs across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:Perform complex assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems.
Conduct flight readiness checks, system troubleshooting, and operational testing.
Utilize advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, including power, hydraulics, and in-flight entertainment (IFE).
Conduct composite repairs and apply expertise in exterior panels, paint, sealant, and ti-foil.
Install and repair systems while adhering to engineering and maintenance guidelines.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance to meet operational requirements.
Top Technical/Software Skills:Aircraft maintenance and system repair.
Functional and operational testing of systems.
Installation and maintenance of In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems.
Troubleshooting aircraft systems, including power and hydraulics.
Basic Qualifications:7+ years of experience in aircraft assembly, maintenance, or a related field.
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd), as required by business needs.
Willingness to travel as part of a travel team.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, composite repairs, and system installations.
Understanding of sealants, exterior panels, and paint application.
Preferred Qualifications:A&P License (strong preference).
Prior experience in the aviation industry, even without an A&P License, may be considered.
