In partnership with a leading aviation company in the Hartford area, we are hiring Aviation Interior Craftspersons for the Seat Building team.

Shift: 1st shift

Length: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $29.76 - $35.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities Include:

Fabricate, install, refurbish, and modify aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.

Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.

Document work according to manuals and industry regulations.

Assist with aircraft maintenance both on-site and off-site as needed.

Clean aircraft interiors as required.

Requirements:

Experience building aircraft seats or luxury automobile/boat seats.

Previous experience in aircraft upholstery (including soft goods and upholstery installation/removal).

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings (preferred).

Basic PC skills and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms (preferred).

Pay Details: $29.76 to $35.71 per hour
