Aviation Maintenance Administration Supervisor

This position is responsible for managing and actively participating in the planning, development, and implementation of technical product training programs for customers, employees, and/or field support personnel. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to develop training programs.  Provides direction on the preparation of lesson plans and training materials, the design of product demonstrations, and the development of course content.  Participates in determining training methodology and coordinates the development of training aids. Manages and participates in the delivery of training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

May utilize trainers with specialized technical expertise.  Coordinates continuous revision of lesson plans to ensure course material reflects product features, meets new training requirements, and includes most current technical information.  May accomplish objectives through subordinate professional staff. Oversees integrated logistic strategies and the efficient flow of goods, services and information. Ensures that contractual and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet objectives. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Ensures field support and deployment requirements are met through the proper documentation of processes and procedures.  Participates in interpreting and executing policies and procedures and recommends modifications to operating procedures. Participates in technical meetings for internal and external representative and represents the organization on significant matters related to developing and creating procedural documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and actively participate in all phases of training from conceptualization through completion, including planning, developing and delivering technical training to ensure quality and business objectives are attained.Identify program training requirements and coordinate the development of appropriate curriculum, training processes, delivery methods, and protocols to meet business needs.Coordinates logistics support requirements of engineering, manufacturing and other functional areas.Manage and actively participate in the preparation of training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, and may design laboratory exercises.Supports the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic process such as replenishment systems, electronic data system and related functions.Assign tasks, review work, and provide direction to staff while ensuring logistics processes are met within established timelines.May act as the primary contact for technical training activities with both internal and external representatives.Participate in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required professional talent.Responsible for observing all laws, regulation and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.Expected to maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and practicesAdditional Functions Other duties as required or assigned.We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
