Work you'll do/Responsibilities: Must have in depth knowledge of Aviation Maintenance Programs and the processes utilized in the performance of work execution tasks at the Organizational (Squadron) Level, as well as, the Intermediate Maintenance Activity. Individual must be aware of defense Aviation Organizational Structure and intimately aware of processes used within shore, shipboard, and forward deployed environments. Must possess in depth knowledge of the current logistics IT systems, e.g., OOMA, NALCOMIS, etc. This individual will be responsible for reviewing functional requirement documents related to the development and deployment of a new Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul system and be able to critically scrutinize both the original requirement description and the proposed solution description. The individual will be advising client leadership relative to requirements and proposed solutions, rectify any conflicts between the two, and recommend proposed way forwards utilizing a risk based approach. Qualifications: Required + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. + 5+ years of Aviation Maintenance Programs. + 5+ years of development and deployment of a new Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul system. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearances. + Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred + Strong communication skills and leadership briefing experience + Strong critical thinking/problem solving ability + Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 - $210,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
