CORPORATE QUALITY & SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Location: Stans, Switzerland Responsabilities Responsibility for safety management at corporate level as nominated safety manager Expansion of the existing SMS to a group-wide safety management system Management of the Pilatus Safety Board and processing of safety issues in SMS Conducting security investigations, error and risk analyses Execution of internal and external audits as well as training (e.g. SMS training) and awareness campaigns Creation of safety reports including the relevant KPIs and ensuring compliance in the area of SMS Requirements Basic technical training followed by studies as a technician HF or engineer Further training and several years of experience in Quality & Safety Management in aviation and very good knowledge of EASA regulations In-depth user knowledge of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (level C1) Strong social skills with very good communication skills Solution-oriented and pragmatic personality Benefits A dedicated, international team and unique projects Flexible working hours and individual options for occupational pensions Promotion of training and further education as well as space for professional and personal development Discounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employees Team events where we celebrate our successes together
