What You’ll Do for Us:
The Aviation Services Lead coordinates a wide range of customer service and operational support activities with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on the departure and arrival times of flights.
Responsibilities include providing passenger support, maintenance of ground support equipment, preparation of the aircraft for dispatch, operation of the fuel storage facility and hangar support.
Hangar Operations
Maintain the hangar facility and ground support equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Monitor facility contractors and service providers to ensure safety and quality of job performance working in partnership with the Global Workplace team.
Provide onsite technology support for hangar and office systems.
Administer the International waste collection and disposal program.
Manage the aircraft commissary and hangar product inventories.
Oversee aircraft and facilities cleaning services.
Manage fuel storage inventory, equipment and quality control.
Assist with aircraft launch and recovery.
Participate in the Safety Management System.
Customer Service
Monitor admittance of hangar guests, vendors, and deliveries.
Arrange special events at hangar (meetings, luncheons, receptions, dinners) to include catering.
Provides passenger support during aircraft arrivals and departures.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate or Pilot license preferred.
Mechanical aptitude is essential; prior Mechanic or Aviation experience is a plus.

Pay Range:
$86,984 - $101,887Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
