Summary: Seeking an Avionics/Electrical Technician II with expertise in avionics systems testing, installation, and troubleshooting for aircraft.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Four years experience in avionics/electrical field or two years of aviation electronics schooling plus two years related experience.

Preferred Skills:

A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license. FCC certification. NCATT certification. Proficiency in troubleshooting other aircraft systems like hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls.

Responsibilities:

Perform operational testing and troubleshooting of avionics and aircraft systems. Install and test electrical/avionics components per Engineering specifications. Ensure quality and efficiency in installations; troubleshoot to provide timely repairs. Repair or replace defective components using techniques like splicing and soldering. Set up and operate test equipment; conduct performance evaluations. Maintain test equipment, electronic systems, and components. Comply with FOD program, tool control program, safety regulations.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
