The Avionics Engineering Lead for Gateway IMS will\:
The Avionics Engineer Lead will be supporting the Gateway Avionic Sub-System, a critical sub-system of the Gateway Program which will return to the Moon Work with subject matter experts to identify inconsistencies in the Gateway IMS architecture as it applies to avionic requirements Support engineering flight project schedule, procurement documentation, budget and system requirements documents Develop and support sub-project requirement and verification data packages to support architecture requirements, design, verification/validation, operations, and sustaining engineering Coordinate and orchestrate product life cycle reviews, coordinate integration, verification and validation activities Work with requirements to align with hardware specifications while understanding the verifications including integrated analyses and decomposition Participate and contribute to system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews and critical design reviews Work with team members and leads to identify risks, develop risk statements, and plan risk responses with mitigation strategies Support engineering flight project schedule, procurement documentation, budget and system requirements documents Work and present schedule and progress to customers and boards/panels Perform other duties as required Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment *Are you passionate about human space exploration, understanding the origins of the universe, and working with a passionate and diverse team to make a difference?
