Role involves system troubleshooting and diagnostics while interacting with test technicians and engineering to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate should be positive, energetic, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to the mission. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot technical issues with varying levels of complexity + Have a working knowledge of electrical theory and signal processing + Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and other production-related documentation + Solder wires, PCBA’s, and components + Utilize a combination of basic hand tools and power tools + Utilize measuring tools such as multi-meters and continuity checkers + Provide assembly feedback and suggest changes or improvements **Required Skills** + Soldering + Electrical + Mechanical + Crimping + Wiring + 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required) + Attention to detail and quality conscious **Preferred Qualifications** + Current or expired certification in IPC 620, 610, 7711, 7721, or J-standard **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that values integrity, trust, and respect.
