We are looking for an experienced Avionics Technical Lead for Axiom’s Extra-Vehicular Activity (EVA) program. The role requires strong problem solving, organizational, time management, and communication skills. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provide technical oversight of program-wide Avionics functions and design to support Axiom’s EVA System as it evolves through development and into a sustaining flight program + Translate high-level project and system requirements into well-defined deliverable products related to Avionics functions + Coordinate and plan tasks with Avionics Team to meet program development plan and schedule + Collaborate with the Office of the Avionics Chief Engineer to provide Avionics support on EVA system + Provide mentorship to engineering staff as part of the Power Avionics and Controls team + Perform additional job duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
