**Job Title: Avionics Technician (Recent grads HIGHLY encouraged to apply)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an Avionics Installation Technician to support our avionics department, providing service and system upgrades for turbo-prop and light jet business aircraft.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, inspect, test, adjust, or repair avionics equipment such as radar, radio, navigation, and missile control systems in aircraft or space vehicles.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout and installation procedures.
+ Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on avionics equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
+ Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve avionics system issues.
+ Document all maintenance and repair work in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with avionics equipment, particularly Garmin systems.
+ Proficiency in crimping and other electrical assembly techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Experience with turbo-prop aircraft.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with the following aircraft is a plus: Piaggio P180, Beech King Air B100, MU300/Beechjet, Cessna Conquest, Cessna Citation, Cessna Caravan, Twin Commander, MU2.
+ Capability to handle major inspections, heavy structural repairs, modifications, and avionics upgrades.

**Work Environment**
The work environment includes handling major inspections, heavy structural repairs, modifications, and avionics upgrades. Our facility supports a wide range of aircraft models including Piaggio P180, Beech King Air B100, MU300/Beechjet, Cessna Conquest, Cessna Citation, Cessna Caravan, and Twin Commander. The position may require adherence to a specific dress code and safety regulations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
