AVP, Asset Liability Management
As a member of the Asset/Liability team, the successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and reporting the interest rate risk and liquidity position of the Bank as well as working with Bank management to develop and implement strategies that reduce risk while improving the consistency and growth rate of the Bank’s net interest income.

Principal Activities and Duties:

•Compile periodic value at risk and income at risk analyses to comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
·Assist with the calculation of the Bank’s liquidity ratios, forecast, and stress testing.
•Participate in the annual preparation of the Bank’s strategic plan and monthly updates.
•Contribute and participate in the Bank’s Asset Liability Committee.
•Perform ad-hoc analysis to assist senior management in strategic decisions.
•Update and improve the modeling process in order to ensure accuracy.
•All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/mathematics or related discipline.
•Four (4) years of experience in the financial services industry measuring interest rate risk and economic value of equity using asset liability modeling software.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel (Candidate will be tested for Microsoft Excel).
•Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to succeed independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
