Axos is seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing campaign and website performance and conversion rates using advanced analytics, best-in-class test-and-learn models and optimization strategies. Responsibilities:

Conversion optimization strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive conversions. Create and manage comprehensive roadmaps for optimization experiments. Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely and VWOAnalytics Expertise: Leverage advanced analytics tools, such as GA4, to gain insights into user behavior, funnel analysis, and segmentation to inform optimization efforts. Configure, track, and report on custom events, customer conversions, and soft conversions in GA4Testing Frameworks and Execution: Establish systemic testing frameworks to identify statistically significant wins measurable throughout the conversion funnel. Plan and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation strategies to identify factors that impact each stage of the conversion journey, user engagement and conversion ratesData-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to uncover critical insights and recommend improvements in user journeys, including digital acquisition channels, conversion paths, website experience and more. Develop actionable insights through advanced segmentation and exploration in GA4User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and heatmaps, to understand user preferences and pain points. Optimize website landing pages, visitor voyages, and click paths to maximize conversion rates. Leverage proven methodologies and case studies to drive continuous improvement in CRO effortsCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and marketers, to implement optimization strategies. Consult with senior stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment, driving alignment across departmentsReporting and Monitoring: Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators, website performance, conversion rates, and the impact of optimization efforts on acquisition goalsData Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable insights and visually engaging stories. Present findings, strategies, and recommendations confidently to senior leadershipContinuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, conversion rate optimization, and UX design and educate others within the organization on how to best impact user experience

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with CRO and user experience design in an agency environment and is ready to take charge and leadOutstanding proficiency with web analytics tools, GA4, A/B testing platforms, and CRO softwareExtensive experience with Google Analytics, including transitioning from Universal Analytics to GA4Strong background in CRO, with demonstrated success using A/B and multivariate testing tools (Optimizely, VWO)Proficient in setting up audiences, custom events, and advanced segmentation in GA4 and Google AdsExceptional PowerPoint and dashboarding skills with a knack for visual storytellingProven experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related rolesStrong knowledge of attribution models, expertise in customer segmentation, and the use of test-and-learn strategies to optimize campaignsKnows how to apply user experience (UX) principles and best practices.Aware of content strategy and SEO principles and practicesKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Must be able to tell a story with data, not just read out the facts—excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting to clientsCreative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
