AVP, Digital Growth Strategy – Personalization
**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** The AVP, Digital Growth Strategy – Personalization will be critical to delivering digital customer growth for AT&T. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital personalization strategy that enhances customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role requires a highly technical and experienced leader to architect and implement advanced personalization strategies that leverage data analytics, machine learning and AI technologies. This role will focus on developing data-driven solutions to create personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving personalization initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement a robust digital personalization strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and enhances the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. + Leverage customer data and advanced analytics to create personalized experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Ensure the effective use of customer insights to inform personalization tactics. + Collaborates across the complex organization by developing an operating + model that efficiently delivers personalized customer experiences across digital platforms for both consumer and business customers. + Oversee the integration and optimization of personalization tools and technologies, including AI, machine learning, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. + Ensure that personalized experiences are seamless, relevant, and enhance overall customer satisfaction, while complying with data privacy regulations and company policies. + Hire, develop and lead a team of digital experts who are responsible for delivering critical personalization metrics across the digital funnel. + Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team. + Partners with Strategy, Traffic, Product, Conversion & Engagement leaders by leveraging data to guide prioritization of funnel improvements for the customer journeys. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA degree is preferred. + 10+ years of experience in digital strategy and personalization with a focus on personalization and customer experience. + Proven experience in leading and implementing successful digital personalization strategies. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. + Proficiency in using personalization tools and technologies, such as AI, machine learning, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. + Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Skills:** Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to derive actionable insights for personalization. Experience with digital marketing technologies such as AI, machine learning, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. In-depth knowledge of personalization tactics, including content personalization, recommendation engines, and targeted marketing campaign Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders. **Key Traits:** Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
