$120,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job
AVP, FP&A supports the company through management reporting on progress & performance. The primary function of this role is to provide insights on historical actuals, determine what it means and help the CFO in making forecast decisions.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, aligning them with both short- and long-term strategic goalsMonitor and track budget vs. actual results, preparing variance analyses and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesCreate, enhance, and manage financial models to support business analysis and decision-makingConduct detailed financial analysis, including scenario planning, to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunitiesIdentify key business drivers, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance and reduce risksPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, presenting insights on financial performance, including key metrics, variances, and KPIsDevelop executive presentations that clearly communicate financial results, trends, and business forecastsProvide ad hoc reporting as needed to support specific projects or business inquiriesCollaborate closely with operational teams to support strategic initiatives, cost management, and revenue enhancementDevelop and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders, enhancing financial understanding and transparencyIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activitiesAutomate and enhance current financial processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree5+ years' finance or accountingManagerial experiencePreferred:
