Leading the documentation of regulatory reporting controls, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and recovery objectives.Actively participating in the development and implementation of strategies to align regulatory reporting controls with broader recovery planning initiatives.Designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of regulatory reporting and recovery planning processes.Overseeing the execution of regulatory reporting controls, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and obligations.Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with regulatory reporting, recovery and resolution planning activities.Ensuring the integrity and quality of data used in regulatory reporting and recovery planning processes through effective data management and remediation.Proactive and collaborative stakeholder engagement with peers and senior management across Functions, Global Business Lines and Legal Entities to ensure the management actions standards and controls are adhered to and the completeness, accuracy and credibility of all management actions.Ensure outputs delivered are of a high quality, reflecting accepted regulatory policy and standards with transparent and robust control procedures that withstand internal and external scrutiny.Some careers have more impact than others.
