You will collaborate with partners at various levels throughout the Bank to identify opportunities which will enhance skills and promote development of employees. Facilitate learning through delivery of learning content, events, programs, and/or solutions Garner a deep understanding of the Bank’s processes and functions, how they support employees and customers, and apply that knowledge to the delivery of learning Consult with business line partners to understand overall functions, roles, and high-level objectives Analyze business line’s needs to determine potential learning, leadership, and coaching opportunities Review and analyze learning reports on courses, programs, solutions, and plans to identify trends, including internal LMS and vendor solutions Complete all learning initiatives deliverable (i.e., programs, solutions, events, plans, etc.) in accordance with established plans Complete all regulatory and mandatory training by their assigned deadlines Identify opportunities for improvement for the department, annually Communicate clear and accurate details and instructions to course participants Follow established processes and procedures Communicate and work effectively with all levels of employees and leadership Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills to identify learning issues, gaps, or enhancements to the L&D program, processes, and procedures Manage competing priorities and escalate when necessary Complete established objectives and timeline commitments Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, trustworthiness, availability, work ethic, and contribute to a large team dynamic Display enthusiasm for continuous learning and opportunities to take on special projects Adapt to change and enthusiastically embrace, support, and model the Bank’s values and mission Adapt to change and enthusiastically embrace, support, and model the Bank’s values and mission Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect employees, clients, and bank assets Travel up to but not limited to 50%, as needed Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree or commensurate work experience, required 3+ years’ experience in learning facilitation, required 2+ year’s work experience in digital technology (i.e., Apple, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and/or lending in financial services/banking, required 2+ years’ work experience in financial services, preferred Professional certification in related discipline (i.e., DDI, PMI, ATD) preferred Job Expectations Job Expectations: Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
