$120,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As Assistant Vice President of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Portfolio Management, the focus is managing existing commercial loan relationships with an emphasis on non-real estate business verticals. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing a complex commercial loan portfolio, applying portfolio management processes and procedures, and commercial credit policy.

Responsibilities:

Support the deal team assigned, including originators, underwriting and portfolio analysts in the divisions assigned by providing a risk management and objective focus to portfolio commercial loan relationshipsManage and monitor a commercial portfolio, recognizing and managing early warning signs for the portfolio on a recurring basisRecommend changes in structure (amendments/waivers) or account management strategy to address negative trendsManage and monitor loan products including affirmative and negative financial covenant compliance and comply with internal and external regulatory requirementsManage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholdersOngoing monitoring of financial trends, collateral trends, and liquidityRecommend appropriate courses of action to address risk management and credit issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields5+ years working in a financial institution3+ years in a transactional roleDemonstrate a strong level of commercial credit underwriting

Preferred:

Syndicated lending and/or management experience
