The Workforce Management VP Project Manager will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of Workforce Management projects across the organization. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, deep knowledge of workforce management systems, and the ability to align workforce strategies with business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, improving workforce planning, and driving organizational performance.

Essential Job Functions:

Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scopeDevelop and manage project schedule and budgetEngage with resource management to procure project team members and perform ongoing capacity planning and forecastingOrganize and lead project status and working meetingsPrepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project statusManage all activities internally and externally (if applicable) and remove any roadblocks to the team’s work or progressSupport the Product/Business Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverablesKeep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other resultsPromote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices for Agile Project ManagementOther activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from accredited college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience 6+ years related experience in Workforce Management, Human Resources or Project Management Experience with conducting and interpreting mathematical or statistical studies Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel Ability to define data requirements, gather and validate data and other information, and apply judgment to statistical tests Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Solid understanding of human resources or software development life cycle models as well as extensive knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices Prior experience with enterprise-level projects. Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including System Analysts, Business Analyst, and QA personnel

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
