Job Description One of the largest private equity & financial services/investment firms is looking for an AVP, Sr. Business Analyst to join the Investment Trading Technology team. This individual will be the lead business analyst & sole product owner for a new OMS tool they will be implementing & fully integrating. It is crucial for this individual to have previous private debt workflow/debt experience and OMS tools like Aladdin [BlackRock] or Charles River IMS. Working with deal teams, designing detailed workflows, building systems, the lifecycle of a deal, and the debt process is essential. Alongside, you will be the interfacing with the business on a daily basis and have a high level so expertise working with the business is crucial. Previous experience working specifically with the business to streamline operations, manage risks, solution/make recommendations, gather in depth requirements, interface & work with stakeholders/leadership, and uncover growth opportunities. Skills and Requirements - Senior Associate 5-8+ years of experience as a business analyst or a business systems analysis - Private credit workflow/debt expertise - Proven and continual experience working specially with the business - solutioning, improving efficiencies, making business recommendations and solutions while. - Experience with OMS tools - Aladdin (Blackrock) OR Charles River in relation to order management, risk analytics, & portfolio management. - Proficiency with JIRA - Previous finnacial services, porfolio management/PE, banking/financial, etc. industry experience - Experience designing and building in depth workflows, systems, writing in depth requirements, working with the business, partnering with leadership, etc. - Great communication and solution oriented.
