AVP, Strategic Program Leader

The AVP Strategic Program Leader will work closely with the Claims Customer Experience Officer to develop and deliver strategic programs that accelerate the goals and objectives of the Claims Center. This person will engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders and industry experts to develop a clear and compelling strategy that informs the Claim Center structure of the future. Key internal stakeholders include but is not limited to Claims Center Leaders, North America Claims, Claims Transformation, Human Resources, and Finance. 

Specifics:

Serves as a trusted advisor for the Claim Customer Experience Officer, to analyze and collect internal and external data and trends to identify and solve key business issues and advance the multi-year objectives of the Claims Center and North America Claims. Uses internal and external data and insights to support the development of the Claim Center strategic objectives. Partners across multiple functions and teams to design and implement programs that tie back to business strategy and defined timelines for achieving key results. Leads through program delivery with a focus on change management and ensuring key results and business outcomes are achieved. Partners with business leaders on all aspect of planning and anticipates organizational impacts and works collaboratively to minimize operational disruptions. Communicates effectively across multiple functions and adapts communication for a wide-range of audiences and levels within the organization. Builds strong relationships with business leaders across the organization, connecting enterprise data and local trends to align with local business goals. Manages and drives multiple data and report driven programs across a variety of divisions/groups in a fast paced, complex, and matrixed business environment. Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaboration. History of partnering with business leaders to collect data and make recommendations to drive strategic and effective outcomes. 5+ years of team participation experience required Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or advanced degree strongly preferred Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels Experience successfully supporting change management efforts for organizations undergoing large scale transformation. Track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs across multiple teams/organizations Experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective organizational designs using “best in class” tools and practices Ability to partner across multiple teams to deliver effective solutions Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
