What you'll do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to assist in the monitoring of our residential mortgage portfolio. The successful candidate will conduct thorough analysis to identify trends and gain insights into the portfolio’s performance. Responsibilities include completing comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, monitoring the progress of foreclosures and other seriously delinquent loans, and assisting in the oversight of the development of our loan management system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and prior mortgage servicing experience.

What we are looking for:

Assist in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the portfolio data.Create, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting on portfolio.Oversee enhancement of loan management system to improve data quality.Monitor loan servicing transfers to ensure loans are boarded timely and all funds are collected and accounted for.Monitor loan servicers performance to ensure timelines are adhered to for loans in loss mitigation and foreclosure efforts.Conduct market research related to consumer credit and mortgage performance.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four (4) year college or university, preferably in Finance or Accounting.Three (3) or more years of direct work experience in Credit, Finance, or Accounting role.Ideal candidate will have prior experience in mortgage.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Ability to write lookup formulas in Excel required.Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work with minimal or no supervision while performing duties.
