Job Description Summary

This role is to lead the team for Real Estate Assessment Advisory (REAA) service line and a new solution to clients. Responsible to build and grow the REAA solution and overall P&L of the same.

About the Role:

Lead team to execute and deliver multiple solutions including but not limited to bill certification, quality assurance, approvals review, base build compliances within Real Estate Asset Advisory service line.Responsible for standard SOP, creating formats for delivery, setting processes and methodology for delivery of assignment, capability decks solutions and setting up team.Lead team to deliver multiple assignments.Build a robust and sustainable business through delivery of assignments to satisfaction of clients. Contribute to new client acquisitionProvide strong leadership and direction to the team, foster a collaborative and high-performance work environmentResponsible for P&L of the pan India business

About You:

Education: BE Civil / B ArchMinimum of 15 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or a related role in interior fit-out projectsAbility to manage team and large volume of assignments.Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive client concernsAbility to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong leadership management skills
