**Hours of Work :** 8 am - 5 pm **Days Of Week :** Mon - Fri **Work Shift :** 8X5 Day (United States of America) **Job Description :** **Responsibilities:** + Lead delivery of performance improvement of the Central Business Office operations. + Lead the translation of business performance opportunities into actionable documentation/specifications, including use case scenarios, models, and conceptual design diagrams to support the performance of MHS accounts receivable. + Coordinate and follow up with all stakeholders and resources to ensure project progress is on schedule and meets goals and requirements. + Develops and monitors receivable management reports such as aging analysis, denial reports, payment variance reports and collections performance. + Develops and implements action plans to accelerate cash flow and maximize reimbursement by contracts and regulations + Monitor annual goals and objectives surrounding budgets and performance standards for the CBO. + Evaluate opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement. + Ensures policies and procedures are developed and implemented and effectively provides recommendations for changes to the Vice President. + Identify, access, and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation for accounts receivable. + Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial presentations to MHS Revenue Cycle leadership. + Perform data analytics for reporting, research, and issue resolution to produce meaningful account receivable strategies. + Guides CBO projects through the design, build, and implementation phases for organizational improvements. + Develop work-plan as defined by the assessment process and benchmark activities + Manage and maintain business relationships with Hospital Management / Revenue Cycle business partners to maximize revenue cycle performance. + Partner with information technology and hospital revenue cycle/financial operations management for reporting purposes, system testing and Epic system opportunities. + Provides leadership and guidance to other leaders and staff in goal-setting, problem-solving, resource management, and outcome achievement. + Initiate projects focused on improving workflows specific to financial outcomes to increase quality and productivity. + Liaising with hospital business partners and steering committees and applying innovative solutions to increase cash and decrease costs. + Expertise in monitoring efficiencies with Dashboard reporting. + Other duties as assigned Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization with a mission to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare.
