Manages engineering staff and oversees activities in support of Underwriting, Claims, Inspection Services and New Product Development. Creates and maintains procedures, standards and guidelines in support of assigned objectives. Responsible for the quality of reports and content of direct reports. Provides input in the overall direction of HSB Engineering.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years experience in a field management positionExperience managing staffExperience managing projects or programsExperience writing technical papers, specifications and evaluating mechanical equipment
Knowledge and Skills
