Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** **Summary:** Manages financial resources, strategic planning, and development of the finance organization for Senior Living. Safeguards the organization’s assets and complies with defined elements of the financial integrity program. Oversees the organization's financial planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. **Responsibilities:** • Directs and oversees the organization's finance, accounting, treasury, and revenue cycle departments. Participates in the development of the organization's vision, policies, and short/long-term objectives. • Collaborates with executive leadership to generate and execute business strategies that improve overall performance metrics, specifically focused on financial performance, quality, and consumer experience. • Uses data-driven approaches to allocate resources and elevate the organization’s financial performance and goals. Prepares financial forecasts and monitors performance against plan/target. Identifies and reports undesirable trends and potential business opportunities and make recommendations for action. • Partners with Strategy and CEO to lead growth initiatives and performance development. Serves as a liaison on financial matters among the Board of Directors and leadership. • Monitors financial and economic information to identify trends and indicators that may impact business operations, planning, and investments. Forecasts the impact of business decisions and expected financial results. • Reviews contracts, purchase agreements, and other financial arrangements to ensure compatibility with business goals and expectations about profitability.
