GWS consists of Real Estate, Security and EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety). This role is responsible for implementing solutions to financial systems issues, overseeing system modifications, and ensuring successful adoption of future technology. The AVP will play a key role in establishing long-term strategies for the optimal use of financial processes and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead the development and execution of solutions to improve GWS systems performance and accuracy. • Oversee the testing and implementation of system modifications to address identified issues. • Drive long-term planning and execution of GWS systems transformation projects. • Provide program management for technology conversions, ensuring smooth transitions and system upgrades. • Manage client relationships to deliver metrics and reporting, ensuring stakeholder alignment. • Develop and manage data structures and ensure data quality to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Analyze business processes through data visualization to optimize space utilization and occupancy. • Oversee master data maintenance, Power App development, and cloud strategy integration. • Serve as a subject matter expert in real estate portfolio management and act as a technical liaison. • Provide data analytics expertise for Real Estate, Security, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) departments. **Functional Requirements:** • Extensive experience in program management related to technology conversions. • Familiarity with Real Estate applications used for property, portfolio, construction and access management • Familiarity with Environment, Health and Safety protocols and procedures • Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on metrics and reporting. • Expertise in data structure development and ensuring data quality for informed decision-making. • Proficiency in business analysis using data visualization tools to optimize processes. • Experience in real estate portfolio management and the ability to act as a technical liaison for related systems. • Knowledge of real estate, security, and EH&S data analytics is preferred. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Degree Preferred • Proven experience in Real Estate systems management and transformation. • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful system implementation. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Our AVP Financial Systems** **earns betw** **een** **$191,400 - $287,200** annually.
