AVP - Metrics Analyst Lead

Barclays Services LLC seeks AVP - Metrics Analyst Lead in Henderson, NV (multiple positions available):

      Support the individual functions of the US Consumer Bank Operations with robust reporting, analytics, and insight.      Transform and modernize the visual reporting catalogue with migration of legacy reporting into Tableau.       Support all operational functions within the US Consumer Bank including reporting, insights, and analytics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.       Utilize key analytical tools and processes such as SAS, R, SQL, and Python to drive operational efficiency and cost efficiency with a strong focus on customer experience.  Explore opportunities for operational business areas such as Customer Experience, Care, Fraud and Collections to support customer demand.      Help define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes.  Manage ad hoc exploratory data and reporting requests.        Execute key automation opportunities to efficiently deliver insights to external and internal stakeholders and will present insights with senior leaders across the business.         Assess and communicate risks to departmental leadership and ensure that project goals and objectives are met.       Define visualization standards for presentations and dashboards.     Lead and manage junior analysts and support their technical development.      Manage workload and team deadlines of the following direct reports: 2 Visualization Analysts and 1 Data Metrics Analyst.      May telecommute.

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $130K per year

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $143,763 per year

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments. 

Accountabilities

Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources.Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models.Development and implementation of data quality control procedures.Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
