AVP Patient Experience
Overview The Associate Vice President Patient Experience will oversee the planning, development and ongoing activities, services, measurement/training, and education related to service delivery and patient satisfaction throughout the organization. This role will provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise, aligned to all initiatives, policies, programs, and education that will lead to a world-class experience for all patients and families receiving care of services within UF Health Jacksonville. Qualifications Required Education:: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Required Licensure/Certification:: N/A Required Experience:: 5-7 years leadership experience in developing strategy to drive a patient centered culture with a documented track record of implementing and accomplishing improved patient experience scores over a period of time. Preferred Experience:: 5-7 years leadership experience in a large complex healthcare facility. Necessary Skills:: 1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational change and influence stakeholders. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Knowledge of patient experience best practices and industry trends. 5. The ability to plan and manage projects, including assigned personnel, multiple competing project, or resource demands to meet project deadlines on time and within budget 6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and build strong relationships. 7. Knowledge of the implications of measures for CAHPS results and for CMS guidelines regarding the recording of patient satisfaction results 8.
